Leadership in the Creative Industries
Nexus is a modern sci-fi drama delivered as a both involving and passively observable theatre play. Apart from the watching audience, one non-actor gets involved into the story as a test person in the neuroscientific program called „Nexus“.
Transmedial elements like VR glasses, monitors, projectors and a constructed black light world defining the Nexus, make this piece an exciting experiences for all parties.

Interaction concept
An immersive and innovative theatre experience, in which actors, player and an audience dive into a story on different ways.
The Nexus is a mix of traditional and modern theatre, a reunion of technologic and long established ways to present a story, extended in different platforms. It is a neuroscientific program that opens the door to the human subconsciousness.

The audience will get the chance to apply for a role in the play beforehand. He or she will experience a new form of theatre. Our patient will be introduced to his character by a VR experience.
The VR experience is designed to connect our participant emotionally with this character and also explain the mechanics of the Nexus. Over the course of the VR experience there are shocking scenarios.
