Leadership in the Creative Industries
The semester topic of SS 17 was to conceptualize a Transmedia Game/web-serial for a (fictive) political campaign.
„Help Came Form The Sky“ is an Alternate Reality Game with a fictional story:
The political campaign
One of the major problems of our society is that many people are too set in their feelings that they aren’t willing to branch out and learn about other cultures.
By taking the me to learn about someone’s cultural background, we may have a be er understanding of their lives.
For example, many people assume that refugees and immigrants come to other countries for free things. But in reality many of them are escaping a war.
Learning from different cultures and countries should be seen as a great enrichment to evolve. Everybody should have the freedom to have their own political opinion, to choose a religion and life their life how they want to life.

Story
What if a creature from a planet far away comes to earth? What if this creature isn’t evil but wants to save humanity? Would you believe it?
Humans all over the world seem to be afraid of everything strange.
With our campaign we want you to eliminate your prejudices and you should always remember: Not every strange thing is evil.
We thought about how people react when their different cultures collide. Often there are problems because of misunderstanding the others behavior and communication.
