An intermedia and international gameplay experience that is entertaining, inspiring and stimulates collaboration across departments. We came out with an idea of an installation that is visible for all the employees that is affected by their interaction, beside the IC building. By this installation we Gather Merck employees from different departments to meet and have fun together.
The idea behind the installation is a “Mind” setting which will grow with the participation and help of Merck employees or it will die with their ignorance and rejection to change. We believe that each idea deserves to grow, and survive. With patience, respect and collaboration, great things happen.

The amphitheatre created for the employees is a chance for them to practice socialisation and intersubjectivity. A process will start for both participants and onlookers as a collective meaning to the space emerges, intersubjectively, and the roles each individual plays becomes apparent in this place. Evaluations about others onto ones self becomes a key mechanism to cement the lessons learnt as applicable to reality.
The mind will always have orbs moving inside it according to how many players interact and share their idea orbs inside it. Each time the Mind grows from a level to another (example Lv.1 > Lv.2) a beautiful projection happens on the balloon, emphasizing the idea diversity of the mind even more. Those transitions are recorded by the live feed camera so that any person that missed them can see them later on the digital platform.
