Leadership in the Creative Industries
The Vision
Increase interdisciplinary communication on the „Merck Innovation Platform“ and within the Innovation Center to drive thinking beyond boundaries and enable the innovative power within Merck.
The Idea
Create a transmedia game experience that shows the employees that „The We“ and interdisciplinary work is the key and power to success.

Within the pre-experience we want to create awareness of our transmedia game experience, the nanobot project and the contact to the future.
It also introduces the user to the storyworld and the overall mood. The aim of the pre-experience is to get Merck employees to take part in our transmedia game.

The interactive experience is about the actual game experience where the Merck employees get to play and interact with each other because only if they work together they can find a solution for the game and with that for the story to continue.
The post experience is mainly to let the employees who took part talk about their experience during the game. They can share their thoughts and feedback and learn that collaborative and interdisciplinary work, especially within the IC, is the key for innovative ideas and projects that can change or even save the future.
